Al iniciar el reto tenia sobrepeso 9kg arriba del ideal,me sentía insegura, escondiendo mi barriga con blusas anchas que no eran mas grandes de mi talla y no solo eran los kilos de mas si no también la dolorosa gastritis y estreñimiento(ir baño cada 3días).
Ahora que lanzaron el reto me emocione muchísimo y lo tome como el pretexto perfecto para motivarme a tener el cuerpo tonificado y saludable que siempre quise.Aunque aun con el miedo de si podría lograrlo.
Empece tomando la Malteada una ves al día, tomando 1 capsula de yor digest en cada comida, haciendo ejercicio las primeras 2 semanas de 2 a 3 veces y las ultimas de 4 a 5 días a la semana, cuide mi alimentación
El día de hoy estoy muy Feliz por que encontré aquí mas de lo que esperaba.Logre perder esos 5 kilos y un poco mas,de paso mi digestion mejoro ahora voy al baño 2 veces al dia y lo mejor de todo es que ahora me siento mas segura de que puedo lograr las metas que me propongo.
