Cuando me entere del reto me encanto la idea, pues a mi cuerpo; nunca lo había puesto a prueba en tan corto tiempo. Gracias a la actividad física que tuve, que fue haciendo ejercicio cinco dias a la semana , a una buena aIimentación y apoyandome de la malteada dos veces al dia y una capsula de YOR Digest Ultra antes de cada comida, desde la primera semana note cambios en mí cuerpo y en mi energía, al paso de las 8 semanas, logre perder cuatro Kg grasa y desaparecer esa pancita que no me gustaba para nada.
