Wow what a journey!!

After going to the gym regularly for over 4 years, unfortunately 6 months ago I had to take 4 months off training because of an operation, and this was causing a lot of stress in my everyday life, impacting not only my physical state, but mentally too.

So after losing 4 KGS of muscle and gaining fat, I decided to do the Yor 8 Week Challenge as soon as I was free to train again, using the Sculpt Pack!

I've never follow any diets, and this time wasn't any different; only difference I made to my diet is making my dinner portions slightly smaller and having a Yor MRP Shake for breakfast and one after my workout.

Now, 8 weeks later, I am in the best shape I've ever been, pushing harder then ever, lasting longer in the gym, much quicker recovery time and my energy is ALWAS through the roof!
Also I'm a much happier person, not only with the way I look but the way I feel! :D
