primero que todo agradecerle a toda la familia de yor health por todos los beneficios que ustedes aportan a las personas que como yo necesitamos de la salud y de nuestro autoestima, me siento super genial con todo lo que he logrado con estos productos maravillosos pues no solo cumpli con bajar el peso que yo deseaba si no que tambien logre sin mayor esfuerzo el cuerpo que venia busacando desde hace aproximadamente diez años con el GYM, y como si fuera poco vivo con mucha energia y me siento super genial, la manera como me tomaba los productos fue de la siguiente manera: en la noche antes de dormir me tomaba un probiotic ultra, en ayunas empezaba con una capsula de yor complete, despues desayunaba con un sobre me MRP, CON UN SOBRE DE YOR FIBER PLUS, antes del almuerzo una capsula de yor digest ultra, despues del almuerzo dos pastas de vitaminas, a las cuatro Pm, un supergreens, a las cinco Pm otro Yor complete burn, y en la cena la reemplazaba por un sobre de MRP.
