Hola amigos del Reto. Mi nombre es Ricardo Franco , soy medico ginecólogo-oncólogo . Cuando inicié el Reto de 8 semanas, pesaba 82kg, producto de la inactividad y la rutina diaria lejos del ejercicio y una dieta pésimamente balanceada. Logré a base de constancia en la toma de los maravillosos productos de Yorhealth bajar a 77 kg, y a pesar de haber bajado 5 kg solamente y no los 7 de mi meta inicial , me siento muy contento con los resultados porque realizé ejercicio muy leve durante estas 8 semanas.
