On this challenge 2nd time around I am now more determined to transform my body, the 1st challenge was just the right fuel to my engine to really get motivated again not only for myself but to inspire others to do it with me. I thought it was nearly impossible to drop all the weight I did so drastically and In such short time. But I can't say it enough being consistent and following the YOR Health Products Regimen In addition clean eating and now exercise I've been able to maintain my weight off and I am stronger than ever. My workout regimen is 30-60 minutes of high intensity circuits from Insanity,The Asylum volume 1 &2. My product regimen I take as follows 6 YOR Repair Ultra a day , 6 YOR Essential Vitamins a day, YOR Probiotics 1 a day, YOR Digest Ultra as needed, YOR Complete Burn 3-4 daily YOR Supergreens 1-2 Servings per day and of course let's not forget YOR Shake Vanilla or Chocolate with 12 ounces of water 1-2 servings a day and I'll have about 1-2 meals a day and 2 snacks. Cycle 3 I'm ready to take it to a new level.
