Al iniciar el reto, mi peso era de 63kgs, a pesar de hacer ejercicio constante y cuidar mi alimentación, me sentía estancada sin resultados. Logré bajar 5kgs tomando al despertar 1 cápsula de probiotics, 1 de repair y luego MRP junto con Fiber plus, 1 tab de essential vitamina y un sobré de berry blast. A media mañana, supergreens. Para la comida, 1 tab de essential vitamin, 1 cápsula de digest ultra, seguido de una comida balanceada. A media tarde un sobre de berry blast, haciendo ejercicio cada tercer por 60min. Antes de la cena, 1 tab de essential vitamin y 1 cápsula de digest ultra. Al finalizar el día, 1 cápsula de repair. Me siento fabulosa con los cambios que he logrado, con energía, reduciendo tallas e iniciando día a día con una sensación de bienestar increíble !
