El día de hoy termino mi primer ciclo del Reto Yor, me siento bastante bien ya que pude lograr mi objetivo de bajar de peso, también siento como mi ropa se me empieza a ver menos ajustada.

Los productos que me ayudaron para bajar de peso y lograr mi objetivo fueron YOR MRP, YOR DIGEST ULTRA y YOR SUPERGREENS.

Por la mañana junto con mi desayuno tomó YOR MRP y YOR SUPERGREENS. Por las tardes durante mi comida me tomó una capsula de YOR DIGEST ULTRA.

En cuanto a mi actividad fisica no fui del todo constante , estuve haciendo rutina de cardio y caminata de dos a tres veces por semana aproximadamente.

En general los productos me han gustado bastante me he sentido satisfecha y mas activa.
