Yor Health has made a huge impact on my motivation to improve my lifestyle! It has given me determination to achieve my weight loss goals. I started the challenge weighing 76kgs and finished weighing 69kgs. My initial goal was to get down to 65kg but I am still so proud of how far I have come.

Before starting the challenge, I did minimal exercise and had a poor diet which consisted of a lot of sugar and fat. I had stacked on a lot of weight when I moved out from home because take away was always the easier option. I have completely stopped eating take away and focus on trying to eat more nutritionally balanced food.
