I had just moved in with my roommate who is a rep for YorHealth and was feeling heavy and tired and saw how much energy she had and how healthy and fit she was. What more motivation could you need to get started. I began the next week. I know that I was never overweight but I felt sluggish and was very unfit and didn't eat the right foods.
My goal was to lose 6kgs. While I didn't achieve that, I feel that I have gained more muscle and began toning.
I exercised 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule. Walking, weights, abs etc.
Everyday I had a super greens first thing, followed an hour later with a shake and fibre. Had 2 vitamins with morning tea and 2 with afternoon tea. I used the digest every time I had a meal. And finished the day with a probiotic.
I love the MRP - and loved the fibre and digest. Really is great for cleaning out your digestive tract.
I would have a berry blast every time I needed a pick me up. Which taste amazing!
Doing the 8 week challenge has been great for me, has kept me motivated to keep exercising and I've learned to eat so much cleaner. Naturally I have cheat days or weekends out with friends but who doesn't! :)
