Estoy muy contento!! Complete mi tercer ciclo de reto!!!
Este ciclo tuve oportunidad de estar mas enfocado en el gimnasio durante el primer mes, el segundo por cuestiones de trabajo ya no pude seguir asistiendo. Pero durante el primer mes, usando los productos pude observar como mi cuerpo, entrenamiento con entrenamiento, podia cargar mas peso y hacer mas repeticiones.
