I've always tried to be health conscious but with two young girls (1 and 3yrs old) I was lacking energy. My partner works away so it is up to me to be there for my girls both physically and emotionally 24/7.
My cousin uses the YOR health products and thought they would be great to help boost my energy levels and get me feeling fit and healthy again.
He convinced me. What did I have to loose right? Other than weight which would be a bonus.
Well I started out weighing 65.5kgs and started on the go green program.
My daily routine began in the morning at 5.30am getting up to have my super greens, berry blast and fiber plus drink before the girls woke for the day. I would than have a hot breakfast with 2 x essential vitamins and 1 x digest ultra. For lunch I would have 2 x essential vitamins and than at dinner I would have 2 x essential vitamins and 1 x digest ultra and just before bed would have my probiotic.
Within a week I quickly noticed my energy levels improving. I was no longer drinking a can of coke and eating chocolate to get me through that afternoon slump. I was also staying up that not later. My energy levels continued to increase with me bounding out of bed in the mornings before my alarm would go off at 5.30am. I increased my personal training sessions to twice a week. My trainer even commented on my energy and also the increase in my strength during our sessions. My social life has increased. I have the energy to get everyone out of the house and off doing things. I feel like I'm a 20 something year old again. Everyone I bump into comments on how great I look and how much weight I've lost. (Only 1.5kgs over the 8 weeks), I'm definitely leaner though and no longer getting the belly bloat. I'm getting compliments left, right and centre from friends and family.
