I set out on this challenge to loose a few kilos and and have more definition and tone but never in my wildest dreams did I ever think how much it would change me ! I changed my diet and started eating more regularly with lots more protein and with a combination of yorhealth products which I took everyday my greens ,fibre , berry blast, vitamins, digest, probiotics ,repair and MRP . I had so much more energy never felt tired I'm a mum with 2 boys and a husband so I run after them all day everyday and also run my own small business , I exercise 5 nights a week nothing was impossible infact I even managed pb's at gym with my deadlifts ,squats ,tricep skill crusher and chins ups!!! I sleep so well every night actually I'm dead to the world with my probiotics and with my repair my body feels so much better and well rested especially with how hard I train . I get up the next morning with energy to burn . I feel absolutely amazing I'm happy with the results with sculpting the body started at 54.5 kgs and ended at 52kg I have also achieved more muscle and tone and Have decided to stay on my yorhealth products !!
I'm feeling so good and strong that I have now decided to compete in a powerlifting competition ??
Nothing is impossible and I feel like I can conquer anything I set my mind too !!!!
