Mi testimonio final de este segundo reto es el siguiente, la meta que me puse al inicio del 1er. reto fue bajar 20kgr. No parare hasta alcanzarlo. ESTE PENSAMIENTO es el que se me ha desarrollado desde que me uni al reto. Me siento años mas joven y he logrado bajar mas de 8kgr.
Me desayuno la malteada diariamente, consumo el complete burn, el yor digest y los probioticos. Me han funcionado de maravilla. No me siento debil en ningun momento, mi cuerpo es mas compacto y no esta flacido.
Camino 45min. en las mañanas diariamente y 45min en las noches, diariamente. A partir de mayo voy a cambiar a una hora de yoga en lugar de una de las caminatas. Esto con el fin de acelerar mas el proceso de bajar de peso.
