I have been using and promoting the products for around 10 months now and entered the 8 week challenge as some what of a personal test. I also knew during that specific 8 week period that I'd be travelling to Miami for the YOR Health annual conference. That was going to be a challenge, being in the final two weeks, in itself.
I used the entire product range and was lucky enough to have the YOR Super Slim come out at the conference, which I feel gave me an added bonus.
I train a basic bodybuilding 5 day split and continued this throughout my challenge, and upon completion I am relatively happy with the results. I was able to drop the 3 kgs and finish up slightly under my goal weight whilst maintaining all of my strength. I was also able to shed body fat whilst travelling and partying in Miami, during my final two weeks of the challenge. Thats an accomplishment in itself.
The YOR Health product range has changed the path in which my life was headed, I have a highly processed (protein powders, oatmeal, brown rice) diet and was suffering some pretty bad digestive and acidosis like symptoms.
