During my first 8 weeks of the challenge I was able to get to an ideal body, but I knew that I had a lot more work to do on the next challenge. Some of the changes that I've made in cycle 2 is that I started a bootcamp class with a few friends 3 times a week. It has really helped us stay on track and motivate each other to do better each time we meet. Since we've started I have seen a lot of changes in my body, not just physically but in my overall endurance. Before the challenge started I was not able to run long distance because I would get tired very easily and it was extremely hard for me to contain a stable pace while running. Now that cycle two has come to an end I am able to run a mile with no problem and I plan on increasing my distance running in the third 8 week challenge. The YOR products have also helped a lot throughout my process. Complete burn helps a lot when I go for my runs because it gives me a lot of energy and keeps me going throughout the day. The YOR MRP has helped me build lean muscle when taken after my workout. All of the other products has also played a part in my overall health. I'm super excited to continue the next 8 week challenge and help more friends get to their health goals as well.
