When I first started with the 8 Weeks Challenge Cycle 2, I was 106lbs and my goal was to gain 10lbs of muscles. At the end of my 8 weeks, I gained 2lbs of muscle. I did not reach my goal, but it is definitely a progress for me because I have trouble gaining weight. With the products, especially the MRP and the digest ultra, I was able to get the full absorbtion of protein I needed to gain my muscle mass. Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to exercise 2-3 times a week. My exercise consists mostly lifting weights to build muscles. The challenge has definitely helped me to be more motivated in eating more clean and healthy, and to also incorporate exercise in my life, which I have not been active since high school. I love the challenge because I am in a community surrounded by so many supporters who make me want to better my health and my physique. Of course, this is not the end after 8 weeks, I will continue to participate in the challenge and work towards my goal of being 116lbs of lean muscles.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
