Hello! My name is Nyia and right now i am very happy for the results i have today. I have a self image problem that I cannot control. I promised myself that I will never ever gain weight or get fat once i get older, or once i start my own family. How funny, that after i made that commitment, I quickly gained 20 lbs! It wasn't until I look myself in the mirror and i finally noticed and ask myself, "Nyia, what happen? How could you do this to yourself?" I felt as though I failed myself. As a person, i felt like a failure in my family, in my job, and in my business. I was depressed and ashamed. No one knew what was going through in me.
Thank you to the challenge, it was a way for me to prove to myself that I am worthy. That I can master myself and be in charge of myself. That I can set a goal and achieve it. To this day, I am so happy with the results I have with the Challenge because it has been 2 years now, and I am still able to attain my dream body, in fact I think I'm getting better!
I use all of the products! Gosh I don't have a favorite!
In the beginning of my challenge I exercise 4-5 times a week. As i got closer to the end of the challenge, I work out once a week because we were traveling to miami and i got vacation fever lol.
