Greetings!!

I decided to take control of my health and making it a lifestyle instead of just a "seasonal thing." I was my healthiest and fittest fall 2013. After the holidays I went back to old bad habits and got a bit pudgy :( but thank goodness for the products, without them I would've been more than just a little bit pudgy! lol

For this cycle I became more religious with my YORHEALTH products. I used the yorbestbody app to help remind me when to take my products. This was a huge help to keep me on track (thank you YORHEALTH). The following is my regimen.

Wake up: 1 probiotic & repair on empty stomach
Breakfast: 1 vitamin & 1 complete burn & 1 serv mrp
Snack: fruits/nuts/questbar w/ 1 vitamin, digest, complete burn
Lunch: 2 digestive, veggies and protein dish 1 more digest
Snack: repeat
Workout: 1 cb & vitamin
Dinner: mrp blended with oats or fruits & 2 boiled eggs & 1 digest
Snack: super green & fiber
Bedtime: 1 probiotic & 1 repair
