Hey my name is Brendan Hoey and this is my second 8 week challenge :)

This time around my aim was to gain some more weight while staying lean. I did manage to gain some weight and got even leaner then before, which is awesome.

Training during this challenge was varied as I have been doing shift work as well as being in a place with minimal gym facilities (so strength training is hindered). I also was pretty lazy with the cardio side of things, so to have maintained and even leaned up more with the small amount of cardio (maybe once a fortnight :( ) i'm thrilled with the results and the way i'm an feeling internally too .

My next challenge will be more cardio as well as weights focused and I cannot wait to reap the benefits of a higher cardio challenge.

These products are comfortably the best I have taken in terms of making me feel healthy and aiding in my training and recovery. I started taking the greens and berry blast 30 - 40 minutes before my workout and am having awesome results in terms of higher reps at heavy weights.
