My before weight is 120 and my after weight is 117 pounds.

Every morning when I wake up, I take the Berry Blast for energy to last me throughout the day. For breakfast, I drink the MRP. For lunch and dinner, I like to take the vitamins and Digest Ultra-one before I eat and one right after. Every night before bed, I drink 12 ounces of Super Green and Fiber which allows me to cleanse my body.

Before joining the challenge, I had completed 3 months in school and realized that I was no longer comfortable in my own skin. Even though I'm normally a thin person, I started to notice that putting on my pants was getting harder and harder. It came to the point where I would have to suck in my tummy just to zip my pants. However, it was not until I was conversing with a university friend one day that she bluntly pointed out my belly fat. I can still remember my face turning red instantly and wanting to curl up in a ball and hibernate from society forever. I finally accepted the fact that my belly was in fact getting bigger from eating cheap, proceed food. I went from wearing fitted tees to loose over-sized shirts. In addition, I was constantly tired and low in energy and people would ask me if I was suffering from the lack of sleep.

Because of the challenge and with the help and support of my friends Nai and Nyia, I went to the gym for the first time ever and did what I hated most-ab workouts. It was a painful process because I had a weak core and my favorite thing to do was jog. But as the days went on, I saw how flat my stomach had become compared to before. And I only worked out 1-2 times a week! I was also able to wear my pants without my stomach bulging out or having to hold in my breath to zip my pants. For the first time in my life, I wore a bikini top to the beach and it felt amazing!!! I have a lot more confidence now am excited for my next challenge!
