My experience using Yorhealth products has been amazing! For the 8 week challenge, my goals were to tone my torso and thighs, drop from 134lbs to 130lbs and become more flexible. My journey wasn't easy; I had to make the transition from eating pizza, burgers and french-fries to salad, veggies and lean meat and from eating 3 large meals a day to 5-6 small ones including MRP protein. Then, I had to stay consistent with working out. So this is how I did it: As soon as my products arrived to my door my journey to a better body and lifelong health began. To aid in the process I joined a boot camp class at 911 Crossfit which meets Mon, Wed & Fridays for an hour, so before my class each day I would take 1 or 2
CompleteBurn pills with my breakfast or lunch (depending on the time I went to class) and immediately after class I would make a shake using either Vanilla or Chocolate MRP Meal Replacement. Days that I did not workout I would have Yor MRP for breakfast blended with fruits and again shortly after lunch. MRP has helped me dramatically reduce my cravings for junk food. I am on the road to a better, healthier life and I cannot wait to join the next challenge.I did not get to 130lbs which I realized wouldn't be feasible anyways if I'm trying to scult but I did notice that my got thinner but gained muscle.
