After just completing my first 8 week challenge I have had a kick start into a healthy, fitter and more energetic life. The challenge has not only given me fantastic products but it has allowed me to eat healthy, exercise regularly and feel the difference in my body, how it functions and how I feel about myself!

My overall weight that I want to lose is 10kg, I started this challenge at 70.4 and ecstatic to say that I have hit 65.9. With losing a total of 24cms off my body!! With my biggest drops being 9cm around my hips and 5.1 around my waist! My target areas that I have never been able to hit were finally shrinking! My main problem going into the challenge was my diet and the fact that it was only 8 weeks allowed me to believe that I could do it!

For this challenge I got the slim set that consisted of 2 meal replacement shakes, super greens, fibre and probiotics.

I absolutely loved the shakes they were delicious and would have them whenever I felt like I wanted to be naughty and have some snacks, they always made me feel like I was indulging with something bad when really I was putting good stuff into my body. So once day I had them and I didn't use the to replace a full meal just one of my snacks.

Super greens weren't my favourite thing in the world but as I have been told they are much better than some of the other stuff floating around out there.
