So over the last 8 weeks I have seen my body transform in a way I never have before. I have always struggled with losing weight around my mid section and to see it change the way it has in just 8 weeks is amazing to me. I have never been a person that takes products so when I actually started this challenge I wasn't sure hoe I would go, but once I started I was hooked. I weighed 58kg at the start and my goal was to be 54kg by the end of the 8 weeks but around week 4 I realised i had gotten down to 55kg but had started to go back up on the scales. This is when i started to realise i was building muscle faster then the weight was coming off so i stopped weighing myself till now. I signed up to do the sculpt set to motivate me to get the body I want and although I didnt reach that and my final weight is 57.3 which is only .7kg less then what i was when I started i know from the photos that i look significantly different and im proud of that and to make me feel even better im down to 21.3% body fat and I havnt been that small in 3years..I got alittle off track a few days here and there and I stopped exercising for 2 weeks around weeks 5 & 6 but the products still worked with me and my body to achieve some great changes not only on the outside but the inside as well because I now wake up every morning and look forward to having my MRP and berry blast and I have energy I never had before. So I can proudly say my life has changed and my YOR Health products are now apart of my everyday life and im never going back. Thank you YOR health for a better and healthier me.
