Hola amigos de yor, hoy termino mi segundo reto de 8 semanas, me siento muy contenta y satisfecha con los resultados que obtuve, y con muchas ganas de comenzar mi tercer reto, les platico un poco de la rutina que seguí durante estas 8 semanas, como estoy de vacaciones de la universidad me anime a comenzar a ir al gym, ahora lo amo y estoy segura que lo incluiré el mi vida diaria cuando regrese a clases.
