Que tal Comunidad YOR, estoy muy feliz de haber terminado mi reto de 8 semanas y mas contento de compartirles mi experiencia durante este tiempo. Yo baje 10 kilos de grasa sin embargo subi 5 de musculo, mi porcentaje de grasa corporal disminuyo de 17% a 12 % y puedo decir que a sido gracias a los excelentes productos de YOR HEALTH, y la disciplina en el gym.
