Hola, mi peso al inciar el reto era de 63 kg, y al concluir mi reto de 8 semanas, me siento muy bien ya que logre llegar a 55 kg, bajando mucho porcentaje de grasa corporal y tallas en mi ropa, yo utilizaba la malteada por la mañana con la fibra y vitaminas, en mi colación toamaba mi super green, y antes de irme al gym me tomaba un berry blast, este ultimo me daba mucha energía y me hacia rendir mas en mis entrenamientos,aprendi a cuidar mi alimentacion y comer 5 veces al día, este desafío me ah hecho sentir muy bien, ya que después de ser mamá me descontrole mucho de peso, y ya no me sentía bien, no me gustaba mi cuerpo, y no tenia energía, el reto y los productos de Yor me han dado un nuevo comienzo para poder tener una figura mejor, ademas de regresarme mi energía y mis ganas de cuidar mi salud.
