Hey everyone, diet consisted of Super greens upon waking, digest tablet with my morning oats also digest tablet with each meal on a daily basis. Depending on my day id have fibre mid morning or afternoon with my MRP. Probiotic each night before bed. Also repair each morning and night on a empty stomach. Vitamins 2 tablets 2x daily and superblaat when necessary.
Diet consisted of Oats and MRP in the morning, greek yogurt and muesli for morning tea, lunch was 200g chicken breast, 150g of a combination of brown rice and sweet potato. Mid arvi MRP before gym and MRP after aswel. Dinner either consisted of Steak, chicken or fish with steamed veg and sometimes little bit of sweet potato.
I was quite consistent in the overall scheme of things, tried to train 4 to 5 times a week, I was extremely busy within doing this though which made things slightly difficult.
