Para este reto yo tomaba un probiotico en ayunas y dos cápsulas de repair antes del ejercicio, siempre corro por las mañanas y hago una hora de ejercicio despues me tomo mi deliciosa yorshake con fibra en el desayuno con dos vitaminas y en la comida y la cena también siempre las acompaño con sus dos vitaminas y una cápsula de digest. Para mi este fue un reto de compromiso conmigo misma porque ha dejado en mi una mejor disciplina para hacer las cosas y alcanzar mis metas en cualquier ámbito de mi vida.
