Hi! Chris here at 79.4kg, when I started I was 78.6kg; the scales haven't changed much but my energy, focus, health and well being have improved out of sight!
To compete in and complete the challenge, I employed the sculpt set to achieve optimal results - the results have extraordinary.
The biggest thing for me having regularly dealt with bloating/frequent "food coma"/lower energy/frequently sleepy/disrupted digestion; to now eating 5-7 meals daily with a calm gut. Every day I wake up I feel energised, motivated and focused THE WHOLE DAY - now I don't miss a beat!
In my set I had 2xMRP, 2xRepair, 1xSuperGreens 2xBerryBlast, 1xProbiotic, 1xFibre, 1xDigest.

I consistently trained 5 days per week, mostly compound exercises in each session each of which finished with 3-4 sets x 6-10 reps of isolation; go hard and finish in 45 minutes max!
How has this challenge changes my life?
