Feliz de terminar mi segundo ciclo, en este reto me sentí con más sinergia al realizarlo, y con mayor confianza en mí misma.

Logré mantener mi peso ideal, 60kg y trabajé en tonificar mi cuerpo. Recuperé condición física y siento más resistencia en mis piernas. Considero que mis brazos aún no logran la fortaleza que me gustaría tener, pero sigo trabajando en ello.

Estuve haciendo pesas en el gimnasio y me dio gusto que el instructor me haya considerado para ser parte de un equipo de cross fit y en sólo 2 semanas, justo las últimas 2 semanas del reto me entrenó para esta competencia. Me siento emocionada de terminar mi ciclo justo con la competencia de cross fit, daré lo mejor de mí y berry blast, MRP, plátano, nueces, almendras y quemador me acompañarán en esta experiencia.

Lo que más rescato de este reto es que tuve una reconciliación con mi cuerpo. Ya me gusto y me quiero más. Gracias YOR HEALTH.
