En este reto logre mantener mi peso, lo cual fue algo que realmente deseaba.

A pesar de estar en Miami y en el Ritz Carlton y de que no pude mantener un régimen estricto de dieta, puedo ver en mis fotos que incluso reduje ligeramente la grasa en mi cintura!

Estuve tomando Yor MRP (desayuno y 1 colación), Berry Blast (en desayuno, almuerzo y cena) y Súper Greens con limonada (me encanta!) en el almuerzo.
Durante las últimas 2 semanas estuve usando todos los demás productos (excepto el Muscle Energy) tal como lo dice el régimen recomendado.

No tuve oportunidad de ir al gimnasio en todo este reto pero me siento muy feliz de poder mantener mi peso sin hacer sacrificios en mi dieta y con muy poco esfuerzo!
