My names Adra Ginns, friends n whanau(family) just call me Age. My weight as of today dated: 24/06/2014, stands at 90kgs. My goal weight is 65kgs. I've been bigger before but I lost all my weight as a sickness that doctors today can not explain my rapid weight loss. Since then to myself, I thou I was fine. I'm happily married, with 4 adult tamariki(children), and 1 georgous moko(grandson). I never thou i would ever get this big or bigger like I was. My son put me on this 8wk challenge, I hate gym I hate exercising. I don't do protein shakes n stuff. It's just not me. My son asked me to give him 2 wks and I use his stuff. Since then I hav used this yor health, I'm active I'm happy, I still don't exercise but I do walk around our block.
