Hello, I started my new cycle 2 challenge at 144 pounds and I am now 142. My goal was to be 139 for this cycle but as we know muscle does weigh more than fat so I ended up putting on a little more muscle mass for this cycle, making my weight about the same as the first cycle. I was able to drop down to 7% body fat for this cycle which I was very happy about. For this cycle it was a lot like cycle one on what products were used, I am a advocate of perfect nutrition with ALL of the products! For me the whole line made my body feel balanced and complete with everything I was taking. I would start my day with a Yor Shake mixed with super greens and fiber all in one to make a SUPER shake, Vitamins and complete burn with some Oates before my morning workout that lasted about a hour and a half. After the gym I would also have another Yor shake because that's when my body needed the nutrients and fast absorbing protein the most from the shake to also help with recovery. (I would also add a scoop of super greens/ Berry blast in that shake as well to have consistent energy after the gym). Since my mornings started off on such a great note it inspired me to continue to do good thru out my day with my dieting. Dieting has always been tough for me but my cravings for junk food wasn't as strong as they used to be because of the Yor shakes replacing any missing meals in my diet keeping me satisfied through out the day. Digestive enzymes is one of my favorites! I always have to have my enzymes on me to take before all of my meals so that I can feel assured that my food was being properly broken down and not sitting in my stomach rotting all day. The repair was also a big help, I would take repair around the middle of my day to help with recovery from my workout so that I felt great and ready for the gym the next day. It also helped because I was on a 5 day gym regimen. This was all super convenient to take for me because of the packaging and how fast everything was to prepare so I could never come up with a good enough excuse for being inconsistent with my regimen. And to wrap my day up I would finish the night off with another YOR SUPER shake much like the one I took in the morning with vitamins and probiotics to be sure my digestion was being taken cared of with a good night sleep. Also to mention my sleep has also gotten much better!! I'm able to wake up earlier yet feel alert and awake all thru my day without coffee or anything els, All I need is my GREENS AND BERRY!! I have now been using the products for 2 years and I can really say without YOR Health and the products something would be missing in my life. Before the products I can relate to many of those who suffer thru low energy, feeling tired and drained, bloated after eating and like I have tried everything and nothing works! This all changed for because of the Yor products, I feel now today that there is a solution to what we all need because it happened for me. I'm in the best shape of MY LIFE!! I'm motivated to do more, I'm more confident with myself, I'm finally beginning to accept by body and love the journey. I'M STILL IN SHOCK THAT I HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO WIN THE FIRST 8 WEEK CHALLENGE!!! Its not everyday that someone has the honor to say that haha and the $1000 in products helped so much!
