This 8 Challenge began for me as a product test to see how the YOR Health product worked and if they would live up to my expectations. My results were promising and i believe these product to be as good if not better than the hype surrounding them. I not only reached my goal weight but surpassed it. I also managed to hit most of my other targets. I had a few hurdles along the way, including illness and injury but still managed to be successful in my eyes.
For the first 4 week I used the following on a daily basis
YOR Supergreens - taken each morning
YOR Digest Ultra - taken nightly with dinner
YOR Probiotics Ultra - taken each morning
YOR Essential Vitamin
For the last 4 weeks I continued with just the Digest ultra. As a personal choice I avoided the MRP as I wanted to see what result I could achieve with my normal diet.
