Soy Marco Quintero de Guadalajara, el reto de Yor me llego gracias a un muy amigo que ahora tambien es mi socio y la verdad le agradezco a el y a todos los que estan involucrados en este gran proyecto... porque aparte de cambiarme a tener una vida mas saludable eh conocido mucha gente increible y que siempre me a apoyado muchisimo.
Yo siempre eh sido alguien que me gusta mucho el deporte durante mi vida e practicado basketbol, natacion, atletismo e ir a gym. Y una de las cosas que siempre me habia costado mucho era bajar la pancita chelera y ahora e logrado bajarla bastante. Gracias a lo productos de Yor me e sentido mucho mas activo y mas productivo durante el dia; tambien una de las cosas que note fue que se me dejo de caer el pelo y mis uñas se fortalecieron mucho mas.
Estos ultimos meses eh estado entrenando para un medio maraton y la verdad me senti muy bien con todos estos productos y con la motivacion dia a dia de todos los que estamos en Yor.
