One of my big passions in life is pro wrestling. I've been in love with it since I was a little boy. Today I am pursuing my dream and am an active pro wrestler, wrestling across the East Coast. Growing up overweight, obviously weight was a huge issue of mine. In the past I've used the YOR Health products to drop weight, I learned a lot about better nutrition, but I honestly didn't adopt the new philosophies I learned on better nutrition. I used this 8 week challenge to create better eating habits and truly adopt a healthier LIFESTYLE. Also, as a pro wrestler, my physique is very important to me, so I set a goal to drop 10lbs and to improve my body image.
During the challenge I focused on being more consistent with my products, adding Fiber Plus and Probiotic Ultra to my product regimen and working out when I could. Due to my demanding work schedule, I'm only able to go to the gym twice a week at best. I didn't accept my excuses though. Through dedication and focusing on making better choices nutrition-wise, I was able to drop 1-3lbs a week! Halfway through the challenge, I switched up my workout and started to gain lean muscle thanks to the help of YOR MRP. This challenge has even helped me create better disciplines, from excepting less excuses from myself as to why I CAN'T go to the gym to even drinking more water!
In the end I dropped a total 7 pounds, toned up a bit, gained a bit of lean muscle mass, and finished the challenge at 196lbs! I had a wrestling match last weekend and I was so happy with how I looked...huge difference! I'm excited to say I ended this challenge in the best shape of my life and with a better healthier mindset! I'm appreciative for this challenge, because it's what sparked this change within me.
