This is Paj Nhia. I have always struggle with my weight ever since I was little. I've try different types of dieting, but I would just gain it all back or even gain back more then when I started with the diet. I would envy others ladies and always compare myself to others. My self esteem was really low and it would affect my personal growth. When I was introduce to Yor Health I start my challenge with the slim set. I love the taste of the MRP, Fiber, and Super Green. The shake is so smooth and light. After using Yor Health for a week and seeing great results, it has made me very happy! I felt great about myself and I learn to love myself all over again. I made a commitment to change for the better and for me to get healthy. Before slimming down I would go to the mall and just window shopping. I always think to myself why would I buy clothes that I don't look good in but then after using Yor Health product and slimming I can actually say going shopping is really fun and make me really happy! I love that I don't have to worry about what I can eat and what I can't eat or setting a time when I would eat. It really change my attitude and it has help me with my confident level.
