Hola a todos

Termine si segundo reto ya 16 semanas cambiando mi estilo de vida, sintiéndome mas saludable, con mas condición y sobre todo con varios kilos menos.

En estas 8 semanas que van terminando me di cuenta que alcance una condición física mas prometedora ya que comencé a correr carreras de 10 km, cosa que anteriormente no podía lograr.

-Todos los días me tomaba la malteada ya sea en el almuerzo o en la comida.
-Después las enzimas digestivas y la fibra
-En la tarde me tomo el supergreens
-Mas tarde un capsula de complete burn antes de comenzar mi rutina de ejercicios caseros.
-Finalmente me tomo un repair antes de dormir para la recuperación de mis músculos y sentirme mejor al día siguiente.

Seguí con mi rutina casera en ocasiones descansa uno o dos días a la semana y también cabe mencionar que sigo sin tomar refresco y también le baje a las golosinas que no me dejan nada bueno.
