First thing in the morning when I am up from bed, I would have a cup of shake consisting of two scoops of Yor MRP, two scoops of Yor Fiber Plus, and a greek yogurt blended together with two Yor Essential Vitamins. Through out the day I would just eat real clean and nutritious food. For dinner I would take a capsule of Yor Digest and two more vitamins to help with digestions and absorption.
I do heavy free weights work out about twice a week and about 20 sets per workout. I feel I am most strong and recover if I give a three days rest between my workouts. I take one scoop of Yor Muscle Energy about 10 minutes before my workout and another scoop after if I train really hard that day to assist in the stop of muscle break down by the body.
Participating in the 8 week challenge has been one of those rewarding experience I have had in a while.
