I am really excited about this first challenge. I went through a lot of changes during these 8 weeks. I began with 123.9 lb with 20% of body fat and now I am 117.9 lb with 17.5% of body fat. I have been training for 19 weeks for my first marathon so I started to lose weight but I was not eating right. I decided to start the challenge so I could build more muscle and enhance my strenght. I must say it was really difficult but Yor health and its community gave me a lot of support. I took my MRP with my Fiber Ultra, along with a high protein breakfast. To get energy during my day I took my Berry Blast. With my dinner I took my Digest Ultra. Before my 6-10 km weekday trainings I took Complete Burn and added a weight lifting routine. For my long trainings (15-32k) I took my probiotics and Repair, and later a MRP. Yor products have been really helpful since I am recovering from an eating disorder. And most importantly, my friends at Yor Health encouraged me all the time so I am extremely thankful to them.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
