Wow, what an amazing 8 weeks it has been! My first experience to go through all the motivational drive from all my friends especially those who I've met while I'm powering through my Yor best body challenge.
How'd this all began? I'm a shift worker that works graveyard shift and before starting the challenge, my regime would be to wake up 6 PM, start work at 8 PM, finish 4 AM and watch youtube videos until 8 AM before i fall asleep, over and over again. Until it got to a point where i was like, "screw this, i don't want to live in a life where i'd lounge around slaving my hours to work". That was where the turning point was, that was when I've decided to begin something different, a change! The options were there all along however what made me decide to do this now was the fact of me realising that if i hadn't done anything, it'll be just the same old me, and i know i would never look back from that point.
What I've purchased was a custom set of mainly, YorBerryblast, MRP, Supergreens, Fibre and RepairUltra. Who would of realised how remarkable these were! The competition that i entered was the sculpt challenge and i honestly say that those Berryblast gets me through the day no matter how mood affected you get by the weather, yes my mood changes depending on the weather. I usually take berry blast as soon as i wake up to start my day off and before i start my graveyard shift, MRP and RepairUltra i'd always take it after my workout and whenever i want to replace a snack inbetween meals i'd always make myself a Vannila MRP,supergreens, Fibre, Banana and strawberry smoothie with skin milk!
Honestly saying, my mentality whilst joining up the 8 week challenge was to be "in it to win it". But suddenly after 2 weeks into the challenge, i realised that it wasn't just all that. Throughout the whole 8 weeks, I've met new friends, learnt new techniques for my workout from people I've only met once and actually start to enjoy my life more by waking up 12 PM in the afternoon so i can spend some quality time with all my friends which was an amazing feeling after spending 3 years working pretty much every weekend when all your friends are out partying. But what drives me the most was motivating the people around me, I've been asked by people to push them while we both gym and being involved with the same person with similar goals makes me want to work harder!
After all of these experiences, i would definitely be doing the challenge again, but also include a proper meal plan and on top of that, the extra supplements that YORhealth provides!
