Losing weight is hard ask anyone who has tried but do you know what's harder? Having to re-lose weight that you gained back. My weight has been a constant battle for the last 10 years and binge eating has been something I have always drifted back to when I feel I don't have control over anything else. Although food has been there to comfort me it always left me with a lasting regret of weight I couldn't lose. Earlier this year I gained back a lot of weight by binging and fell into being a victim, I hated looking in the mirror and feeling like I had let myself down but I couldn't get out of it.
