So here is my first ever 8 Week challenge transformation and I'm excited to say I had lots of fun I've lost A total 6kg and I've got my motivation for training back. Before I started this challenge my consistency to go the gym was low, I wasn't training for anything in particular and my diet was getting bad (Way too many cheat meals). This 8 Week Challenge has been a great experience for me. Taking YOR Health Products have given me a great advantage in the gym. I'm really skeptical when it comes to supplements but I'd heard great things about their products. I took a chance because I needed to try something new to get me going again and they've worked, I've had a massive improvement with energy through out the day and I'm finding it a lot easier to recover from muscle soreness.
While being In the challenge I managed to go to the gym 5-6 times a week, 20 mins cardio and approximately 60 mins of weight training. The products I used were from the sculpt set which included: Berry Blast, MRP meal replacement shake, Supergreens, Digest Ultra, Repair Ultra and I added the Essential Vitamins that weren't included in the set to my regimen as well.
Now that I'm 100% motivated and confident in the challenge and the YOR health products I've set myself new goals so I'm going to re-enter the YOR BEST BODY challenge and this time I'm bringing my girl on board with me!
