Before starting the challenge I had been eating healthy and exercising regularly.Yet, I could did not seem to be getting any closer to my goal body. My mate introduced me to these and I used the sculpt set. I took the shake in the morning, then some greens and a berry blast not long after. Upon rising I would have a probiotic and repair tablet and then another repair tablet before bed. I took the enzymes with my main meals (3x a day).
They taste amazing and are easily the most satisfying product line I have ever come across. Don't knock it 'till you try it. One thing that they have definitely done is increase my energy levels and stop me from feeling bloated. I would have usually gone into a food coma after my main meals, but now I can dive into a rib rack! Yeewww
