Al levantarme me tomaba los probioricos después de 1 hora malteada YOR MRP con fruta y una cucharada de salvado, agua con hielo, a las 10:30 una colación( Fruta, jicama,pepinos, gelatina almendras o atún)
Estos productos son increíbles, me siento sin ansiedad, con mucha energía y por fin recuperó mi autoestima y la esperanza de estar en mi talla después de 15 años, hoy toda mi ropa me queda floja. Había hecho mil intentos y hasta ahora lo estoy logrando...
También preparaba un vaso con agua y un sobre de YOR BERRY BLAST y me lo tomaba entre 12 y 1 de la tarde ,a las 2:30 en el primer bocado una cápsula de enzima YOR DIGEST ULTRA y comida ( carne, verduras y/o ensalada ) a las 6 de la tarde otra colación y a las 8 de la noche otra YOR MRP CON AGUA Y HIELOS
