Hello everyone! I've personally redirected my health by a landslide. Participating in the challenge has helped me focus on a better diet and daily exercise. I do go to the gym almost everyday of the week. I always do cardio before every workout and continue on to do everything else :) I've noticed my muscle mass has built and my legs have slimmed down even more. My stomach still doesn't have the desired image I'd like but I know the time will come ;D My favorite products this time around were actually a couple of different ones. The complete burn and berry blast came in very handy before a workout!! Extremely handy alongside the Repair Ultra after a workout too. Haha I still love Digest/Probiotics/& Fiber too. My workout can go wonderfully but if my digestion isn't well, I feel terrible. I personally do still have a problem with digestion, but I am glad the products were able to help. ^^ !!! I personally feel very happy to know that I also help motivate some friends with workouts and eating healthier too. The more the merrier!!! Taking each day one step at a time :)
