Hi, my name is Lauren and this is my first 8 week challenge on the YOR Health products.

Before I started YOR Health I always felt tired, rundown and bloated, working full time 5 days a week as well as doing housework and socialising in between I couldn't afford to feel like this all the time. I was also suffering from an upset stomach nearly everyday, I was going to the doctors and getting test after test done but everything was coming back negative.....apparently there was nothing wrong....but why did my stomach feel sick all the time? This had a negative impact on me mentally and made me feel sad, lazy, never wanted to go out and really lacked self confidence.

An acquaintance of my mine showed me the YOR Health product range and I was very intrigued to try them after seeing the results she had from using the products as she also suffered from bloating and an unsettled stomach. After a couple of weeks my fiancé and I decided to give these products a go and see if it could help us.

We chose the Best Body Set which includes all the products: SuperGreens, Fibre and Berry Blast in the morning, Essential Vitamin and Digest Ultra with the 2 biggest meals of the day, Repair and Probiotic before going to bed and MRP Chocolate and Vanilla (Meal Replacement) as a snack or to replace a meal when I'm on the go. Throughout the 8 week challenge I still ate and drank what I wanted.

At the start I was very hesitant to have the MRP as being lactose intolerant I was very worried how it would react with my stomach. A couple of weeks into taking the products I decided to try a small amount of the MRP....and to my surprise it didn't make me feel sick at all. I was so excited that I could have the MRP because it tastes so good!!! And now I have it at least twice a day!

Within the first week of taking the products I noticed how much my energy levels had increased, I no longer needed my morning coffee to keep me awake on my 50 minute drive to work, my fiancé and I had the energy and motivation to go to the gym 6 days a week and we were able to achieve so much more in our day because we felt so good and the Repair tablets certainly helped me get a good sleep at night.

The last 3 weeks of the challenge I pulled the muscles in my lower back which prevented me from exercising for weeks 6 and 7 of the challenge. This really got me worried as I thought it was going to send me backwards!
In the last week of the challenge I was able to start exercising again but I wasn't sure it was going to be enough to get good results.

Now that the 8 week challenge has finished I am so amazed at my results and can feel I'm a happier person with so much more self confidence! My stomach has really settled down and doesn't give me any pain or bloating, I have lost 2kgs in body weight as well as 3.5cm from my waist which is the part of my body I'm most conscious about and I can see my body is starting to tone up too. I also feel satisfied after eating my meals and no longer crave the junk food I used to eat all the time!

And that acquaintance of mine is now a really close friend and I can't thank her enough for showing me the YOR Health opportunity!
