Hi, my name is Mathew and this is my first 8 week challenge on the YOR Health products.
Before I started YOR Health I always felt tired, rundown and bloated, working full time 5 days a week and being on a on call roster as well as doing maintenance around the house, keeping up with my hobbies and socialising in between I couldn't afford to feel like this all the time.
An acquaintance of my mine showed me the YOR Health product range and I was very interested to try them after seeing the results he and his fiancée had from using the products. After a couple of weeks my fiancée and I decided to give these products a go and see if it could help us.



We chose the Best Body Set which includes all the products: SuperGreens, Fibre and Berry Blast in the morning, Essential Vitamin and Digest Ultra with the 2 biggest meals of the day, Repair and Probiotic before going to bed and MRP Chocolate and Vanilla (Meal Replacement) as a snack or to replace a meal when I'm on the go. Throughout the 8 week challenge I still ate and drank what I wanted. The only thing I had changed in my lifestyle was going to the gym, just to prove to myself and my friends that you don’t have to do any extreme diet or exercise plan to get results on the products and if I could get results this way imagine how much more I could get with being more strict on myself.

Within the first week of taking the products I noticed how much my energy levels had increased, I no longer needed my morning coffee to wake me up and keep me going, my fiancée and I had the energy and motivation to go to the gym 6 days a week and we were able to achieve so much more in our day because we felt so good and the Repair tablets certainly helped me get a good sleep at night and recover a lot quicker, I very rarely get sore muscle’s now.
Throughout the challenge I ate anything I wanted and didn’t care how big the portion was, when it came to drinking I kept having beer when I wanted and when we went out it was same as usual I was worried at first thinking my results weren’t going to be very good at all but I set this challenge goal to change little as possible and prove it works.
Now that the 8 week challenge has finished I am so amazed at my results and can feel I'm a happier person with a lot more self-confidence! I don’t get bloated any more and I have a lot more energy, I have lost 2.6kgs in body weight as well as 5cm from my waist, and gained 6 cm in my arms which was a big surprise to me. I can see my body is starting to tone up too. I also feel much more satisfied after eating and finding I am not looking for food all the time.

And that acquaintance of mine is now a really close friend and I can't thank him and his fiancée enough for showing me and my fiancée the YOR Health opportunity!
