My name is Rodolfo, I'm 34 years old from Mexico but living in Ireland, I been always chubby lost the way before and put it back on again, I was 80 kilos when I started the yor health challenge and now I am 72k, my best friend Paola introduce me too it as she started using it, for what I'm very thankful, my challenge was getting my shake in the morning a healthy snack and healthy lunch like salads and fruits and nuts, and then go to the gym after work at 5pm and take the classes like trx, body pump, spinning and swimming as well, I used to eat loads of sweets which I hardly do now!
